About the Book:
Straight Answers II has its origins in Father Saunders' columns. In 1998 the first volume of Straight Answers was published, containing 100 "straight answers." As a pastor and educator, Fr. Saunders responds to a variety of questions abut the faith. Although succinct, each answer is well-grounded in the magisterial documents and the history of tradition of the Roman Catholic Church. This book is designed to be instructive to the regular Catholic reader and to empower him or her to defend the faith.

About the Author:
Father William P. Saunders was born in Washington D.C. and moved to Springfield, Virginia where he grew up. He attended and graduated from the College at William and Mary and the summer following graduation joined the Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia and was ordained a priest on May 12, 1984. Father Saunders has served at various parishes and presently is Pastor of Queen of Apostles Catholic Church in Alexandria, Virginia. Fr. Saunders also serves as Dean of the Graduate School at Christendom College in Front Royal, Virginia.
