About the Author:

He has been twice Chairman of the graduate Department of Education at Loyola College in Maryland and Superintendent of Schools for the Archdiocese of Baltimore. His biography is included in Who's Who in the East, The Dictionary of International Biography, Outstanding Educators of America, and Who's Who in Educational Administration.
